We’ve been spoiled with a lot of amazing adventure games over the years from the Telltale team, most of which were amazing. That’s why people have been craving for a new entry in the series, and that’s where The Expanse: A Telltale Series comes into play. This is an incredible, unique TV series that brought in a lot of exciting moments for players. With that being said, turning this into an adventure game doesn’t seem that far-fetched, and it certainly seems to appeal to a lot of people.
Many are wondering if The Expanse: A Telltale Series will follow the story of the game or not. Apparently, they do have some ideas that intertwine, however, the story tries to be contained and not really that different. This is great because it adds a lot of great and interesting twists into the mix without being overly complicated.
With that in mind, you will be forced to take various decisions and choices that will affect the end of the game. That’s really cool, and it just goes to show the unique approach that they bring to the table. In addition, the game will have a lot of 3D spaces. They also want to add exploration as a part of storytelling, which is indeed an interesting thing to try out. Plus, you can discover items as you scavenge, and that might even shift the relationship you have with other people. It’s always fun to switch things up and push the boundaries, and with this, you can do all of that in no time.
The Expanse: A Telltale Series will keep the format and style of the previous games, while still trying something new. And that’s where the series shines because they are not afraid to innovate and come up with something new. It certainly pushes the limits and it delivers something exceptional while making sure you still get to be a part of that world. Obviously, the characters in the series will play a role here. With that in mind, they do try to keep the old-school Telltale approach that a lot of people like.
There are also a few gameplay videos showing they stick to the basics while adding in some new ideas into the mix too. This is great because The Expanse is indeed one of those cool space-based series that brought in a lot of fans!
